AI Character Limit

What it does: Caps the number of characters a user can copy, paste, and type within ChatGPT / Copilot.

How to set up:

1. Toggle the master ON/OFF switch to ON.
2. In the Maximum character limit dropdown, select the cap value (e.g. `1000`).
3. Save — copy/paste/type in ChatGPT/Copilot beyond that count is restricted.
