AI Tool Usage

Whilst the Navigation history audit looks at any specified activity by users, the AI tool usage audit looks specifically at the specified (look at 7.9. User Navigation History) Artificial Intelligence tools, URLs and domains used by users.

The interaction (AI tool), user, prompt, response and time stamp are displayed to the administrator, from all users using the specified AI tools.

The administrator can also export the AI tool usage audit as a CSV and save to their computer.

The Report Config function allows the administrator to report the audit to a chosen email address at a set time. This allows the administrator to receive an updated audit report at a set time each week where it is of most relevance.

The administrator can bypass the set reporting time by selecting the Send Report function and sending the report immediately.
