Email Sending Controls (Office 365)

What it does: Limits the recipient domains allowed for outbound emails sent through the web version of Office 365; sends to any domain not on the approved list are blocked.

How to set up:

  1. Toggle the master ON/OFF switch to ON.
  2. Expand the Allowlist sub-section (click the ▼ chevron).
  3. Add each approved recipient domain users are permitted to email.
  4. Save — outbound Office 365 web emails to any domain not on the Allowlist are blocked.
