Troubleshooting

| Nothing happens after running the Windows installer | It was not run as Administrator. The installer fails silently without elevation. |
chrome://policy does not list ExtensionInstallForcelist | Chrome was not fully quit and relaunched after install |
| Extension appears in Chrome but not Edge | Only the Chrome policy was written. Check the Edge paths in the tables above. |
| Reinstall does not take effect | Run the cleanup script for your platform first, then reinstall |
